This Shipping Policy applies to all products purchased through our website of Elysian Lace (https://elysianlace.com). Our aim is to deliver all of our products in perfect condition to our valued customers. We will deliver our products according to the terms and conditions of the following
shipping policy. This shipping policy doesn’t constitute or confer any legal right between Elysian Lace and any customer. We reserve the right to change this shipping policy anytime without any notification.
Please note that the orders will be delivered to the delivery address that you provided on the checkout page, so it is important that you pay special attention when completing the delivery address data. We will not be held liable if the delivery address is incorrect or incomplete
1. COVERAGE OF SHIPPING AREAS
We deliver to the whole of USA and Canada. Orders are shipped only on business days (Monday – Friday; 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM). We don’t ship orders on holidays.
2. SHIPPING SERVICES WE USE
We use the services of USPS and UPS as our primary shipping carriers. We know the urgency of your package is very important to you and we will ship the package out promptly. We may elect to use a different shipping method if the package can get to you faster or at the same time as selected.
3. SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME AND TRACKING
After your order has been placed, processed and payment approved, your product will be in the process of shipping. All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or other contact information provided by you. We will provide the tracking numbers, between 1 – 3 days after the order is placed. Once your order has
been sent, a notification will be sent to your registered email address. This notification will have a tracking number through which you will be able to track your order.
4. POSSIBLE DELAYS IN THE SHIPPING PROCESS
Deliveries that are delayed due weather conditions, environmental or dangerous goods incidents, perils of the air, public enemies, public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority, application of security regulations imposed by a government or otherwise applicable to the shipment, acts or
omissions of customs officials, the authority of law, quarantine, riots, strikes, work stoppages or slowdowns, or other labor disputes or disturbances, civil commotions or hazards incident to a state of war, local or national disruptions in the ground or air transportation networks or systems due to events
beyond our or shipping careers control, disruption or failure of communication and information systems, disruption or failure of utilities, or any circumstances beyond shipper’s control will not be granted any shipping (full or partial) refunds.
5. INCORRECT ADDRESS AND RE-ROUTED PACKAGES
We will not take charge, or make returns for lost or undelivered packages, for wrong shipping addresses, please be sure to provide correct and accurate shipping addresses at the time of purchase.We recommend customers provide a secure delivery address, for example, your home or place of
employment. We will not be held responsible for lost or stolen parcels.
6. SHIPPING COMPLETED
Each delivery is considered made from the moment in which our store makes the product available to the buyer, which is materialized through the control system used by the courier company.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
This Return and Refund Policy has been written for all our customers where we ship out products. This includes all customers from the states, areas, and regions where we deliver our products. As part of our commitment to you, all the products which have been bought at Elysian’s lace e-commerce store are eligible for return under certain conditions. If you are not satisfied with any of the products you have purchased, you may return the item.
1. RULES AND TERMS
We don’t offer any refunds. However, we do offer product exchanges under certain conditions.
a. The time for returning a product for exchange is 5 days from the date of delivery. No extra time relaxation will be awarded in any case.
b. The product must not be combed, brushed, washed, altered, or cut to claim the exchange.
c. The customer will be responsible for the shipping charges during the return.
d. The customers will be able to exchange the product either for a similar value or more than the value of the original purchase.
e. In case if the price of the exchanged product is more than the previously ordered product the customer will pay the additional charges.
Note: If due to some technical reasons or due to stock limitation we are unable to deliver the goods to the customer after the order has been placed, the amount of such undelivered and unprocessed product will be credited back to the customer.
2. REFUND PROCESS
If a refund is approved due to the non-processing of the order or other technical difficulties, the credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. This refund amount may take some time to show in your records, so before contacting us, please check with your credit card
company, bank, or other payment services.
